It is the responsibility of the individual to consult with the appropriate Health Care Provider for medical advice and supervision. We respect your privacy! Any and all personal information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. We only share personal information with our agents, contractors or partners who help us administer the site and administer and complete our sales transaction with clients. These agents, contractors and partners are required to keep your information secure and confidential and they cannot use your information for any purpose, except to facilitate your relationship or transaction with SEQ Ltd. Any personal information you provide SEQ Ltd will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Empower You Store
When you order services from Empower You (SEQ Ltd), we collect personal information including your name, mailing address, contact information (which can include a phone number and/or email address), and information necessary for payment. Our use of this personal information is limited to processing payments and shipping products. We do not sell or rent our mailing list. As with any other personal information you have given us, any subpoena or attempts by law enforcement to gain access to this information will be challenged.

In the event that you want to view, update, or delete information you have submitted, please contact barb@empoweryou.co.nz. Otherwise, your shipping and contact information is kept on file in case you choose to order any more services, and for the purposes of notifying you of special offers regarding Empower You (SEQ Ltd) services.

Client Sessions / Workshops
All client sessions are held in the strictest of confidence and all information obtained will remain confidential except where others/or client maybe placed in imminent danger and I would be in breach of the law if I was to keep something they had told me confidential.
All modalities mentioned on this website are covered by Insurance.
I undertake to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients. If I am unable to continue treatment, to refer clients to a suitable qualified professional successor.
I also undertake to keep up to date with research and new developments in my field and to take steps to maintain and develop professional training and competence throughout my working life.
